Services description

Marketing pages summarize free AI deployment frameworks, educational content, and community curriculum paths. They do not constitute a binding obligation to provide any specific capability until both parties execute a definitive agreement.

No professional advice via website

Posts, FAQs, DIY kits, and landing copy are conversational context—not legal, tax, SEC, FINRA, SOC 2, or security advice tailored to your organization. Obtain qualified counsel.

Third-party platforms

Links to scheduling tools (Calendly), social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), The Faction Group (gofactiongroup.com), or others redirect you to respective terms and privacy regimes.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, overwhelm, infiltrate, or misuse this infrastructure. Respect intellectual property—including framework wording, visuals, naming, layout, and trademarks—and ask before republishing material.

Intellectual property

Matt Murphy AI retains rights to authored site assets unless expressly licensed elsewhere. Free kits are provided for your internal business use; redistribution or resale requires written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Information is provided “as is” without warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, fitness for purpose, uptime, or regulatory outcomes from applying these frameworks.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matt Murphy AI and its principals are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use.

Paid products & refunds

Purchases such as the Rapid Platform Audit are also governed by our Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between a product page and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls for refund eligibility.

Governing law & venue

These Terms reference Texas law sans conflict-of-laws rules unless your signed Services Agreement designates otherwise.

Changes

We revise Terms when warranted. Revised pages control after posting unless you negotiate an exception in writing.

Tokens

What tokens are. Tokens are a prepaid credit for services on mattmurphy.ai. Tokens are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to redeem services on this site. They are not currency, not property, not an investment, and they carry no cash value.

Purchases. Token purchases are final. Tokens do not expire and can be used at any time. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Bundle pricing and service costs may change; changes apply to future purchases and future services, never to tokens already in your balance.

Ownership and transfer. Tokens are tied to the single account that purchased or received them. They cannot be transferred, pooled, gifted, sold, or exchanged between accounts. Welcome tokens granted at registration follow the same rules.

Expiry. Tokens do not expire. Your balance remains available for as long as your account remains open and in good standing.

Account closure. If you close your account, any remaining token balance is forfeited at closure and is not refunded or converted to cash. If we terminate an account for a violation of these terms, the remaining balance is likewise forfeited. If we ever discontinue the token program entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice during which existing balances can be spent.
