Kit download trouble, missing emails, website issues, or unsubscribe requests — start here. Include the kit name, the email you used, and when you submitted so we can help faster.

Didn't receive your kit download?

Most issues resolve in a few minutes. Work through this list before you email us:

  1. Check spam and Promotions — search for "Matt Murphy" or the kit name (for example, "AI Readiness Self-Assessment").
  2. Wait five to ten minutes — delivery is usually fast, but email providers can delay messages.
  3. Confirm the correct address — typos are the most common cause of missing downloads.
  4. Try again on the kit page — use the form on the page below to submit once more with the right email.
  5. Still stuck? Email support@mattmurphy.ai with the kit name, email used, and approximate time of submission.

Already subscribed? Kit does not resend the same incentive email to an existing subscriber on every resubmit. If you downloaded before with the same email, contact us and we can send the PDF manually.

I downloaded a kit but did not receive my email. What should I do?
Check spam and Promotions, search for Matt Murphy or the kit name, wait five to ten minutes, confirm you used the correct email, then contact support@mattmurphy.ai with the kit name, email address, and time you submitted.
How do I contact Matt Murphy AI support?
Email support@mattmurphy.ai for kit downloads, website issues, and general help. For keynotes and consulting, use the Calendly link on the Keynoting page.
I already downloaded a kit before. Can I get the incentive email again?
Kit resends the download incentive email to new subscribers. If you already subscribed with the same email, you may not receive it again. Email support@mattmurphy.ai and we can help manually.
How long until someone replies?
We aim to respond to support email within one to two business days. Download issues flagged as urgent are prioritized when a launch or campaign is active.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any Kit email, or email support@mattmurphy.ai from the address you want removed.
I have a question about certification or the Operator Journey
For CADE / builder certification, start on Certification and Community. For the business Operator Journey, start on Operators. Email support with the topic in the subject line.
I want to book Matt for a keynote or consult
Visit Keynoting or book a call on Calendly. That path is separate from kit download support.
